TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction of the building for demanding accommodation services for persons with disabilities at the Myllyojantie accommodation unit in Paimio of the Wellbeing Services County of Southwest Finland will be carried out as a KVR project. The contract form is a fixed-price KVR contract, in which the KVR contractor is responsible for the design of the entire project and acts as the main contractor and the contracting party referred to as the main executing party as defined in the legislation. The construction site comprises a 24-hour accommodation unit for demanding accommodation services for persons with disabilities of the Wellbeing Services County of Southwest Finland with 15 client places. The project includes one building that contains a bomb shelter. The total scope of the project is approx. 1510 brm².
