TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of the near-zero energy building at Keila Kooli Pargimaja. The construction works are co-financed by the State Aid Services Centre (Riigi Tugiteenuste Keskus, RTK), project no. Kliima 2.9.01.25-0137, in accordance with Regulation No 49 of 08.12.2020 “Terms and procedure for the use of support granted for the construction of near-zero energy buildings to local government units”. During the construction works, the central building block of the school building located at Pargi 2e in Keila must be demolished and replaced with a compact near-zero energy building with a closed net floor area of 3772.7 m².
