TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of the near-zero energy building extension of Keila Kooli Pargimaja. The construction works are co-financed by the State Shared Service Centre (Riigi Tugiteenuste Keskus, RTK), project no. Kliima 2.9.01.25-0137, in accordance with Regulation No 49 of 08.12.2020 “Conditions and procedure for the use of support granted for the construction of near-zero energy buildings to local government units”. During the construction works, the central building block of the school building located at Pargi 2e in Keila must be demolished and a compact near-zero energy building with a closed net floor area of 3,772.7 m² must be built in its place.
