The contract timeline is as follows:

The contract is considered concluded and enters into force on the day of its signing, which is the day the second party signs it. The contract is valid until the full fulfillment of the parties' obligations, but for a maximum duration of 37 months from the date of its entry into force, including the settlement period.

Key milestones and phases include:

• The Supplier must install, configure, and prepare the system for operation within 30 calendar days after the contract signing.
• Services are to commence from November 20, 2026.
• If the contract is signed later than October 20, 2026, the Supplier is obligated to begin providing services no later than 30 calendar days from the contract's effective date.
• Upon the system's installation and handover for use, the parties will sign a one-time Service handover-acceptance act. Concurrently, the Supplier will provide a system user manual in Lithuanian. After this act is signed, the Supplier will submit an invoice to the Buyer for services rendered during each reporting period at the end of every calendar month.

• Vaisala MD30 (mobile road condition sensors)
• API (Application Programming Interface) for data transmission
• Temperature in Celsius degrees
• Data transmission via wireless connection at least every 10 minutes
