TENDER DESCRIPTION

The land use situation in the area has changed, and in the early 2010s a wind power park was constructed in the area, which partly borders on the sub-area of the general plan currently to be updated. For the wind power park, a legally binding sub-area general plan has been prepared, which is attached to this request for tenders and must be coordinated with the general plan to be updated. In updating the plan, building rights for properties are to be obtained according to the principle of an existing title (kantatilaperiaate). The targeted approval schedule for the planning is by the end of 2027. The objective of the plan is to increase building sites for permanent housing and holiday homes across the entire plan area, taking into account also the possibilities of business and industry. The aim is to obtain a flexible plan that allows, over as large an area as possible, permanent or holiday living on the same plots.
