TENDER DESCRIPTION

BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCUREMENT The subject of this dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter also “DPS”) is the reed cutting, harvesting, collection, transport, temporary storage and processing services required by the Municipality of Kemiönsaari (hereinafter also “contracting authority”) for the years 2026–2029. The contracting authority establishes the DPS so that it can flexibly competitively tender for services related to reed mowing, harvesting and utilization in different locations, at different times and to whatever extent is required at any given time. The services procured through the DPS may include both summer mowing and winter mowing, as well as the collection, transport, temporary storage and further processing of the mown reed material. The more detailed work areas, time of the work, extent of mowing, method of implementation, processing of the harvested material, transport destinations and other procurement-specific requirements are defined in the internal competitions within the DPS, i.e. in mini-competitions.
