TENDER DESCRIPTION

KSV trailers are used for constructing the electricity network in the support area in accordance with the Defence Forces’ concept of manoeuvring combat, for transporting KSV material and for storage. The procurement includes 8 pcs of KSV trailers. In addition, 20 pcs of options are reserved for the procurement. In the procurement, first 1 prototype unit will be produced and delivered by 31.5.2027, and the remaining 7 pcs by 31.12.2027. During the design phase, minor clarifications may be made to the product’s specifications (prototype unit) in cooperation with the selected supplier, and these specifications will be used for all products during the contract period. The changes will not alter the strict requirements of the offered products. The options may be exercised only at the discretion of the contracting entity and must be exercised during the contract period by 30.9.2030. The options can be exercised in the range of 0–20 pcs either individually or all at once; the contracting entity decides the number of options to be exercised each time in connection with the exercise.
