TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of electricity with an estimated volume of 8 270.44 MWh to 707 PPE. Data concerning the volume of electricity forming the subject of the agreement are indicative. 2. CPV code under which the subject matter of the contract has been classified: 09300000-2 - Electrical energy, thermal, solar and nuclear energy 09310000-5 – Electricity 3. Metering systems are adapted to the supplier-change procedure. 4. A detailed description of the PPE is provided in Annex No. 1a to the ToR (SWZ). 5. Supplies will be provided in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. 6. The condition for commencing electricity supplies at the indicated (with regard to individual points of off-take) time is the successful completion of the supplier-change procedure, the Customer having a valid agreement for the provision of electricity distribution services, and the effective termination/expiry of the previously applicable electricity sales agreements / comprehensive agreements. 7.
