TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public procurement procedure is to enter into a framework agreement for the execution of road and deep construction works to be carried out in the administrative area of the Rákosmente Local Government of Budapest’s 17th District, within the framework of which the Contracting Authority will conduct procedures under Article 105(1)(c) of the Public Procurement Act (Kbt.) for the purpose of concluding individual service/contract agreements. The specific technical content of the individual execution activities to be carried out will be defined, on the basis of the framework agreement, in the public procurement procedures under Article 105(1)(c) of the Kbt. conducted pursuant to the framework agreement concluded, in accordance with the provisions of the framework agreement, based on the technical documentation forming part of the procurement documents for the public procurement procedure aimed at concluding the subject framework agreement, and also based on the sample bill of quantities items priced by the successful tenderer.
