TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns the property management services and related services required by Vesannon Vuokratalot Oy, as follows: Performing the duties included in the fixed fee and the duties entitling to a separate fee in the list of property management tasks for a rental building published by the Housing Finance and Development Centre of Finland (ARA) (Appendix 2). The rental properties covered by the service to be procured are shown in the procurement request attachment (Appendix 3 List of properties, provided on request). There are currently 136 properties to be managed. The service provider must name, from within its company, a person to handle the duties of the company’s managing director. No separate compensation is paid for performing the duties of the managing director; rather, the managing director’s duties are included in the fixed fee. The objective is an effective partnership with the selected service provider.
