TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Helsinki Parish Union requests your tender for the technical basic renovation contract for Maunula Church in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices. The contracting authority requires that the contractor has become familiar with the construction site and the conditions prevailing there before submitting the tender. The site visit must be agreed with the project manager, Matti Priha ([email protected]). A familiarisation visit to the site is a prerequisite for submitting a tender. The contracting authority will exclude from the tender competition any tenderer that has not become familiar with the site under guidance. The contract costing period for the project is October 2026; the contractor selection will be made in November 2026, and work at the site will be carried out provisionally during 01/2027–12/2027. Tenderers are requested to be prepared for the clarification meeting, which will be held on 29.10.2026 at 10:00 at the premises of the Helsinki Parish Union, to which the contractor must be prepared to attend.
