TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the Ruovesi rescue and emergency medical services station as a leased procurement on the plot designated by the City of Ruovesi. The lessor will construct the leased property so that the lessor is responsible for the design, construction and maintenance of the leased property at its own expense. The lessor will receive compensation for the costs in the form of rent agreed in the lease agreement(s). The provider selected for the project is the party undertaking the construction project, an investor, a developer, the main contractor and the lessor, as well as the holder of the property and the owner of the building. The wellbeing services county of Pirkanmaa (Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialue) will act as the tenant and user for at least 20 years.
