TENDER DESCRIPTION

SUBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT The subject of the procurement is intermediation services for government invoices and procurement notices, as specified in the request for tender and its attachments. The subject matter of the procurement is described in more detail in the request for tender and its attachments, in particular in Attachment 1 “Description of the subject matter of the procurement” and in Attachments 1.1–1.6. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract is valid for a fixed term of five (5) years. The contract includes the option to extend the contract period for up to two (2) additional option periods of up to two (2) years each. The terms concerning the contract period and the termination of the contract are set out in more detail in the contract (see in the request for tender Attachment A, points 5 and 29). SCOPE OF THE PROCUREMENT The scope of the procurement and the estimated volumes are described in the request for tender and its attachments, in particular in the request for tender’s Attachments 1, 1.1–1.7 and 5.
