TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Keski-Pohjanmaa wellbeing services county Soite requests a tender for material transport services. On the routes, Soite’s internal mail, instruments, materials, medicines, samples and assistive devices are primarily transported from the logistics centre of the Central Hospital of Keski-Pohjanmaa, the assistive devices centre, equipment maintenance, the laboratory, the hospital pharmacy and also the social and health services centre located in the same block, in accordance with the description provided in the service description (attached to the request for tenders). The routes are operated with two (2) vans on weekdays. The contract period is 1.1.2027–31.12.2029 (3 years) and, in addition, there is an option for two (2) option contract periods of 12 months each. The service according to the procurement contract for assistive device transport starts on 1.2.2027, and for other transports on 1.1.2027. The Keski-Pohjanmaa wellbeing services county procures transport services in accordance with its own needs and does not commit to minimum purchase volumes.
