TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Central Ostrobothnia Wellbeing Services County (Soite) requests a tender for material transportation services. On the routes, the transport is mainly carried out for Soite’s internal mail, instruments, materials, medicines, samples and assistive devices from the logistics centre of the Central Ostrobothnia Central Hospital, from the assistive device centre, from equipment maintenance, from the laboratory, from the hospital pharmacy, and from the social and health services centre located in the same block of premises, in accordance with the description stated in the service description (attached to the request for tenders). The routes are operated using two (2) panel vans on weekdays. The duration of the contract period is 1.1.2027– 31.12.2029 (3 years), and in addition there is the possibility of two (2) option contract periods of 12 months each. The service under the procurement contract for assistive device transportation will start as of 1.2.2027 and for the other services as of 1.1.2027.
