The contract timeline is defined as follows:

• Contract start date: The contract enters into force from the moment both parties have signed the procurement contract.
• Contract end date/duration: The contract is valid until the contractual obligations are fulfilled. It ends upon the fulfillment of contractual obligations, by agreement to terminate, or on other grounds stipulated in the contract or law. No specific end date or total duration in terms of fixed time is stated.
• Key milestones/phases:
• Acceptance of work phases or commissioning in the production environment.
• Handover and acceptance of works along with accompanying documentation.
• A final act (Koondakt) signed at the end of the last work phase, which must encompass all software and confirm the completion of all necessary works (excluding warranty obligations).
• Main project activities include System Analysis (detailed analysis) and Software Development and Testing.
• At the end of the development phase, the contractor submits the realized and tested components to the client for testing in the test environment.
• The documentation part of the project is considered successfully completed once the client provides acceptance for the final version of the documentation.

The core scope of work for this tender primarily involves Project Basic Activities which include System Analysis (detail analysis) and Software Development and Testing.

The System Analysis stage focuses on creating detailed documents, referred to as Specifications, which describe system components and their functionalities. These specifications serve as a crucial input for both software developers and testers, outlining software components, services, data fields, and functional requirements.

Software Development and Testing entails the contractor realizing the descriptions from the Specifications into actual software components, including design, web layer, and database components. These components are then integrated into a Development Environment, where they undergo testing and error correction. The developer implements components based on the Specification, and a tester verifies their compliance, reporting any found errors. Finally, tested components are submitted to the client for further testing in a Test Environment.

Overall, the "Works" (Tööd) encompass software development, configuration, consulting, training, maintenance, and documentation.

The key deliverables resulting from this work are the source code, comprehensive documentation, and the transfer of intellectual property rights, along with any other agreements specified in the Procurement Contract.
