TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this public procurement is to find a provider of a mobile telephony voice call, short message and mobile data service, and landline voice service (hereinafter referred to as the service) within the scope and under the conditions set out in the procurement framework documents. The framework agreement will be concluded by the Riigi Tugiteenuste Keskus as the central contracting authority.
