TENDER DESCRIPTION

Kętrzyn Purchasing Group. Supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. 1. The Contracting Authorities described in Chapter I of the SWZ (specification of the terms of the contract) conduct jointly a procedure for the award of a public contract (Article 38 of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp)). The authorised Contracting Authority – the Group Leader is Kętrzyn County, acting through a Proxy. 2. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity with an estimated volume of 1,331.98 MWh in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. 3. The number of metering units settling electricity consumption is 110 units – a detailed description is provided in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 4. Data regarding the quantity of electricity to be purchased are indicative in nature.
