TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender is a framework agreement for motor vehicle liability insurance for NRW.BANK’s own fleet as well as business travel comprehensive insurance for employees. NRW.BANK’s vehicle fleet currently consists of 82 cars. Overall, this is a leased fleet. As a rule, the term of the leasing contracts is one year, so that the vehicles are exchanged on a regular basis. From time to time it is necessary to issue declarations regarding claims-free status for certain vehicles (which are always driven by the same company car user) (e.g. when an employee retires). In principle, it may happen that, during a vehicle changeover for a limited period (usually a few days), two vehicles are registered. The vehicle to be de-registered is then, as a rule, no longer used. A master insurance contract with a master insurance number is to be concluded. However, under this master insurance contract, each vehicle is to receive its own policy number and its own invoice.
