TENDER DESCRIPTION

Kymenlaakson Jäte Oy requests tenders for transfer-loading transport of recycled timber utilising energy for the year 2027 from Lappeenranta to Kouvola. The pick-up location for recycled timber consignments is the Kukkuroinmäki processing centre of Etelä-Karjalan Jätehuolto Oy (EKJH), address Hulkonmäentie 130, 54190 Konnunsuo. The transfer-loaded recycled timber cargoes are transported for utilisation to the heating plant of the Keltakangas waste centre in Kouvola, address Ekokaari 50, 46860 Keltakangas. The recycled timber transport service shall be carried out using pallets suitable for the purpose and/or other suitable transport equipment under the contractor’s control. Transports must be carried out as full semi-trailer load consignments. The minimum volume of the transport equipment must be 120 m3. The cubic weight of the material is approximately 250 kg/m3 and the number of loads per year is approximately 100 pcs. The weekly load quantity to be delivered is approximately 2–3 loads.
