Kiertokapula Oy (hereinafter “Contracting Entity” or “Customer”) requests your offer for Kiertokapula Oy’s ICT basic information technology services in accordance with the tender documents. The scope of procurement includes the following packages of basic information technology services: 1) User support services, the services included are needed to resolve IT problems of persons using the IT environment, to provide usage guidance and to support work performance. Also includes user credentials and access rights management; 2) Desktop lifecycle services, which include a comprehensive set of services to ensure the efficient, secure, and cost-effective use of workstations and their peripheral devices throughout their entire lifecycle.
