Kiertokapula Oy (hereinafter “Contracting Entity” or “Client”) requests your tender for Kiertokapula Oy’s ICT foundational data technology services in accordance with the tender documents. The subject of the procurement consists of the following ICT foundational data technology service entities: 1) User support services, the included services are needed to resolve IT problems of persons using the IT environment, to provide usage guidance and to support working. Also includes the management of user accounts and access rights; 2) Workstation lifecycle services, which includes a comprehensive set of services to ensure the efficient, secure and cost-effective use of workstations and their additional devices throughout their entire lifecycle. The entity also includes the procurement of workstations using a service device model; 3) Usage and Capacity Services, the included services are essential with regard to the capacity required by the server infrastructure and the supporting telecommunications infrastructure, and with which the efficient and reliable operation as well as management and monitoring of servers and the telecommunications devices supporting the entity are ensured,…
