TENDER DESCRIPTION

The KIF RTU is an integrated remote measurement monitoring device (i.e., a unit installed in a common equipment housing) suitable for measuring the electrical energy parameters of the low-voltage distribution network, for measuring power quality, and for low-voltage fault detection. Its purpose is to improve the quality of the electricity service, expand the range of information collected from the network, and establish the basis for a flexible distribution network. The KIF RTU must be capable of performing the following functions:  busbar voltage measurement and directional current measurement, as well as power and energy measurement;  detecting branch circuit voltage drop outages;  performing switching operations and checking them by means of a remotely operated command;  temporarily storing measured data and events that occurred;  transmitting the stored data and events through the communication channels designated for this purpose;  enabling future extension possibilities.
