TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of this public contract is, under a main contractor arrangement, to carry out the design and construction works for an extension (Phase II) to the existing kindergarten building located at Pärnaõie tee 2 in Vaela village, Kiili Parish, and to perform other related works and deliveries, in accordance with the scope, conditions and requirements set out in the procurement documents of this contract, and in the basic design prepared by Ribbon Consult OÜ entitled “Vaela Kindergarten Building Construction Project – Phase 2” (work no. 753-26). The design work includes preparing the working design based on specialised parts included in the basic design stage.
