TENDER DESCRIPTION

Kiinteistö Oy Rekipolska requests an offer for the construction of a new development project: a luhtitalo (semi-detached apartment building) at Savitie 14 A in the municipality of Kaustinen. The contract will be carried out using an open procedure and as a divided contract (main contract and building contract, plumbing (lvia) contract, electrical contract), in which the contractor for construction-technical works acts as the main contractor and as the principal contractor as referred to in legislation. The project is implemented in two phases, and the first phase includes the construction of the luhtitalo at Savitie 14 A. The project includes thirteen (13) apartments. Apartment types: 2 units of 3H+kk+ph+s 67 m2, 10 units of 2H+kk+ph+s 55.5 m2, and 1 unit of 2H+kk+ph+s 51 m2, total 740 m2, as well as a storage room 80 m2 and a waste shelter 24 m2, and a 26-bay carport; these are shared with the luhtitalo Savitie 14 B of the second phase of the building. A soil investigation has been carried out for the project, and based on it pile driving is required. A building permit is being applied for the project.
