TENDER DESCRIPTION

The work performances to be carried out at the property include maintenance and repair works for property automation systems or parts thereof, and renovation or construction works for the systems or parts thereof. A more detailed description of the tasks included in the framework agreement is provided in the service description attached to the request for tender (Appendix 1) and in the other appendices to the request for tender. 1–2 contracting suppliers are selected for the sub-area if there are tenderers suitable for this. Assignments are issued on the basis of an order of priority in accordance with overall economic most advantageous tender. The estimated value excluding value added tax for the sub-area for the entire contract period (including any option periods) is EUR 1,850,000 and the maximum value excluding value added tax is EUR 2,250,000.
