TENDER DESCRIPTION

The wellbeing services county of Vantaa and Kerava invites applications to participate in a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) to be established for the procurement of property maintenance services. This procurement procedure establishes a dynamic purchasing system under which internal procurements will be made to acquire property maintenance services for units owned or rented by the Contracting Authority in the Helsinki metropolitan area, taking into account the operational area of the Rescue Department: Vantaa, Kerava, Tuusula, Järvenpää, Pornainen, Mäntsälä, Hyvinkää, and Nurmijärvi. The internal competitions within the dynamic purchasing system may target individual property maintenance services procured for one or more properties. These services can be extensive comprehensive property maintenance services or individual services procured based on the needs of the contracting entity. Procurements may also be competitions differentiated by time or geographical area, for example.
