TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Wellbeing Services County of Vantaa and Kerava requests applications for participation for a dynamic purchasing system to be established for property maintenance procurements (DPS). With this procurement procedure, a dynamic purchasing system is established, on the basis of which property maintenance services will be procured through the internal procurements to be implemented under this system for units owned or leased by the Contracting Authority in the Helsinki metropolitan area, taking into account the operations area of the Rescue Department: Vantaa, Kerava, Tuusula, Järvenpää, Pornainen, Mäntsälä, Hyvinkää and Nurmijärvi. The subject of internal competitions within the dynamic purchasing system may be one or more individual property maintenance services procured for one or more properties, which may include broad-based property maintenance total services or individual services procured on the basis of the needs of the contracting entity. The procurements may also be, for example, competitions separated in time or geographically. Based on a preliminary estimate, within the dynamic purchasing system dozens of procurements will be carried out during the coming years.…
