TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Wellbeing Services County of Vantaa and Kerava requests applications to participate for a dynamic purchasing system to be established for property maintenance procurement (DPS). This procurement procedure establishes a dynamic purchasing system under which, through the internal procurements to be carried out on the basis of it, property maintenance services will be procured for units owned or leased by the Contracting Authority in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, taking into account the Fire and Rescue Department’s operating area: Vantaa, Kerava, Tuusula, Järvenpää, Pornainen, Mäntsälä, Hyvinkää and Nurmijärvi. The subject of the internal competitions within the dynamic purchasing system may include one or more individual property maintenance services to be procured for one or more properties. These services may be broad-ranging overall property maintenance services or individual services to be procured based on the needs of the contracting entity.
