TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Vantaa and Kerava Welfare Area requests expressions of interest for a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) to be established for property maintenance procurements. This procurement procedure establishes a dynamic purchasing system, through which property maintenance services will be procured via internal competitions for units owned or leased by the Contracting Authority in the Helsinki metropolitan area, taking into account the Rescue Department's area of operation: Vantaa, Kerava, Tuusula, Järvenpää, Pornainen, Mäntsälä, Hyvinkää, and Nurmijärvi. The internal competitions within the dynamic purchasing system may cover single property maintenance services procured for one or more properties, which may consist of comprehensive property maintenance service packages or individual services procured based on the needs of the contracting entity. Procurements may also be temporally or geographically segmented competitions. According to a preliminary estimate, dozens of procurements will be conducted within the dynamic purchasing system in the coming years.
