TENDER DESCRIPTION
Locking upgrades will be implemented in ten (10) properties owned by VAV and located in Vantaa. The properties are: Antaksentie 21, Arinatie 7, Asolantie 22, Keikarinkuja 2, Kolohongankuja 6, Lummetie 11, Maarukarinne 5, Minkkitie 11, Ollaksentie 31 & Sahatie 2. The locking system to be implemented is self-powered, remotely controllable, secured, adaptable and system-based locking aiming to ensure a high level of key security for the property and its users. All cylinders and keys are electromechanical, and their basic operation without clock and time features must occur without an external power source such as rechargeable/replaceable batteries or cells. All locks, including furniture locks, must be programmable into the same master key system so that the user’s same key works in all locks when necessary. Keys must have, if needed, a unique marking allowing them to be distinguished in the key management software. Timed/time-restricted doors will be equipped with readers allowing credential-based access. The credential can be either a key or a separate token as required.
