TENDER DESCRIPTION

Locking system renewals will be implemented in ten (10) properties owned by VAV located in Vantaa. The properties are: Antaksentie 21, Arinatie 7, Asolantie 22, Keikarinkuja 2, Kolohongankuja 6, Lummetie 11, Maarukarinne 5, Minkkitie 11, Ollaksentie 31 & Sahatie 2. The locking system to be implemented is a self-powered, remotely controlled, protected, adaptable, and system-based locking system aimed at ensuring high-level key security for the property and its users. All cylinders and keys are electromechanical, and their basic operation without clock and timing features must occur without an external power source such as rechargeable/removable batteries or cells. All locks, including furniture locks, must be programmable to the same locking system so that the user's same key works in all locks if necessary. Keys must be capable of receiving a unique marking if needed, allowing keys to be differentiated in key management software. Time-controlled/time-limited doors will be equipped with readers enabling credential access. The credential can be either a key or a separate token as needed.
