TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Central Ostrobothnia Welfare Area requests your bid for a procurement that includes cleaning, measuring and control works for the HVAC systems of the properties in the Kokkolan sairaalanmäki area and the rest of the central Kokkola area, including protective and ancillary works. This is a framework agreement with multiple suppliers in accordance with the Act on Public Contracts, starting from 1.1.2027. As a rule, the work is carried out during normal working hours Mon–Fri 07:00–16:00. Only in urgent cases, by separate agreement, it is permitted to deviate from the above time. For larger works at our sites, we request separate site-specific bids. The framework agreement does not bind the contracting authority to place orders nor the operator to provide the service, but it defines the operating parameters for cooperation. The works are ordered on a case-by-case basis separately, based on the special expertise and experience required for the work. The framework agreement does not cover, separately, larger construction projects to be tendered, but instead smaller works that can be tendered between the framework agreement partners.
