TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Kajaani requests tenders for waste management services for properties managed by the City of Kajaani, Kiinteistö Oy Kajaanin Pietari and Kajaanin Teknologiakeskus Oy for the contract period 1 January 2027 - 31 December 2031. The contract may, by the contracting authority’s decision, be extended under the original terms with two option periods of one (1) year each (1+1 years). A separate decision will be made for the use of each option period, and the supplier will be notified of it no later than six (6) months before the end of the applicable contract period. The procurement covers the sites listed in the annex to the tender request. The waste management services include the emptying of waste containers, waste transport and other services included in the procurement, as defined in more detail in the tender request documents. In addition, the selected supplier must empty the paper collection points at the properties.
