TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Kajaani requests tenders for waste management services for properties administered by the City of Kajaani, Kiinteistö Oy Kajaanin Pietari and Kajaanin Teknologiakeskus Oy for the contract period from 1.1.2027 to 31.12.2031. The contract may, by the contracting authority’s decision, be extended on the original terms with two option periods of one (1) year each (1+1 years). A separate decision is made on the use of each option period, and the supplier is notified at the latest six (6) months before the end of the currently valid contract period. The subject of the procurement is the sites listed in the appendix to the request for tenders. The waste management services include the emptying of waste containers, the transport of waste and other services included in the procurement, as defined in more detail in the tender documents. In addition, the selected supplier shall empty the properties’ paper collection points.
