TENDER DESCRIPTION

The sub-area includes electrical technical works for the maintenance and investments of properties owned by the Kuopio Evangelical Lutheran Parish Federation (contracting authority). The procurement concerns the contracting authority’s properties and facilities, as well as work performances/entireties to be separately defined to be carried out during the term of the contract, mainly small-scale and/or, from the perspective of contract price calculation, ambiguous work performances/entireties. The sub-area is divided into the following locations, for which the electrical works covered by this tender request apply: - Juankoski - Kaavi - Karttula - Kuopio - Maaninka - Muuruvesi - Nilsiä - Riistavesi - Rytky holiday centre - Tuusniemi In addition to maintenance work, annual investment works not included in the overall contract for construction of the location are ordered through the agreement. The tenderer may submit a tender concerning only one location or all locations. For each location, three (3) suppliers that are the most economically advantageous overall and meet the minimum requirements are selected.
