TENDER DESCRIPTION

With this request for tenders, offers are requested for a property maintenance and rental system for Lappeenrannan Asuntopalvelu Oy as a SaaS service. The subject of the procurement is a ready-made property maintenance and rental system delivered as a SaaS/cloud service; an implementation project including the necessary integrations, as well as the system’s support and maintenance services. The procurement covers the system services in their entirety and is not limited to supplying only software usage rights. More detailed specifications are provided in Appendix 1, Description of the subject of the procurement. Responding to the request for tenders shall be at the tenderer’s own cost, and costs incurred cannot be charged to the customers. The contract is for 2 years, after which there is an option period of 2 years. After the option period, the contract becomes valid for an indefinite period. A separate decision will be made on the implementation of the option year.
