TENDER DESCRIPTION

With this invitation to tender, tenders are requested for a property maintenance and rental system as a SaaS service for Lappeenrannan Asuntopalvelu Oy. The subject of the procurement is the supply, as an off-the-shelf solution, of a property maintenance and rental system as a SaaS/cloud service; an implementation project including the required integrations and the system’s support and maintenance services. The procurement comprises the system service in its entirety and is not limited to providing software usage rights only. A more detailed specification is provided in Appendix 1, Description of the subject of the procurement. Responding to the invitation to tender shall be at the tenderer’s own cost, and costs arising therefrom may not be charged to the customers. The contract is for 2 years, after which there is an option period of 2 years. After the option period, the contract will become valid for an indefinite term. A separate decision will be made on the implementation of the option year.
