TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is a property information programme for the needs of technical property management and space management, including the following functionalities: - space management - rental management - portfolio management and asset management The scope of the portfolio to be entered into the City of Kerava’s property information system is approximately 135,000 (brm2). The supplier is responsible for the overall delivery project and its project management. The supplier appoints a responsible project manager for the project, who is responsible for the schedule, resourcing and for reporting the progress of the project to the contracting authority. The supplier is responsible for ensuring that all sub-areas included in the delivery project, such as integrations, migrations, base map production and training, are implemented within the agreed schedule and with the agreed content. The selected supplier must present all programme functionalities (including the functionalities requested as options) to the contracting authority in a demo session before signing the contract, thereby confirming the readiness of the functionalities.
