TENDER DESCRIPTION

On parcel 801, adjacent to parcel 39 at Palmenweg 2 in 8274 Tägerwilen, a two-storey kindergarten is being constructed. The existing building will be dismantled and replaced by a new building that includes two above-ground floors made of timber construction and a basement made of solid construction. The basement is fully embedded in the ground and forms the basis for the supporting structure of the new building. The upper floors consist of a timber frame structure with frames in a regular grid, which are designed as single or double frames depending on static requirements. The combination of solid and timber construction results in a sustainable, functional, and architecturally high-quality building for the kindergarten operation.
