TENDER DESCRIPTION

On parcel 801, adjacent to parcel 39 at Palmenweg 2 in 8274 Tägerwilen, a two-story kindergarten is being built. The existing building will be dismantled and replaced by a new building comprising two above-ground floors constructed in timber construction and a basement in solid construction. The basement is fully embedded in the ground and forms the basis for the support structure of the new building. The upper floors consist of a timber frame structure with frames in a regular grid, which are designed as single or double frames depending on structural requirements. By combining solid and timber construction, a sustainable, functional, and architecturally high-quality building for kindergarten operation is created.
