TENDER DESCRIPTION

The existing day-care centre in Gemmerich is to be extended. The plan is to construct an extension with a dining hall and fresh-cooking kitchen, as well as an additional group room with the associated WC facilities, ancillary rooms and technical rooms. The extension is to be carried out as a single-storey structure. The heating in the existing building is currently provided by an oil-fired boiler system. It must be planned anew for both the existing building and the extension. For further details, reference is made to the operational description and the cost framework.
