TENDER DESCRIPTION

The existing day-care center in Gemmerich is to be extended. The plan is to build an extension with a dining area (mensа) and a fresh-cooking kitchen, as well as another group room with the associated WC facilities, ancillary rooms and technical rooms. The extension is to be constructed as a single-storey building. The heating in the existing building is currently provided by an oil-fired heating system. It must be newly planned for the existing building and the extension, including the associated electrical technical building equipment. Construction will be carried out during ongoing operations.
