TENDER DESCRIPTION

The existing childcare facility in Gemmerich is to be expanded. It is intended to construct an extension comprising a dining hall and a fresh-cooking kitchen, as well as another group room with the associated WC facilities, ancillary rooms and technical rooms. The extension is to be carried out as a single-storey structure. The heating in the existing building is currently provided by an oil-fired heating system. It is to be newly planned, including the associated electrical building services (TGA Elektro), for both the existing building and the extension. Construction will be carried out while operations are ongoing.
