TENDER DESCRIPTION
The construction work includes the repair of the Kipparlahti pier in accordance with the tender documents, with all work and all procurements, fully completed. The Kipparlahti pier is located in Helsinki, in the Herttoniemenranta area. The pier consists of eight parts and is, in type, a reinforced concrete beam pier. Address: Amiraali Cronstedtin tori, 00810 Helsinki. The contract includes, among other things: replacement of the bearings, repair of the cracked concrete beam, and replacement of the element joints. In addition to the work according to the plans mentioned in the document list, the contract includes the site manager’s obligations and site services. Any harm potentially caused by the work under these programmes does not entitle the contractor to additional compensation. The contracting authority is the General Areas service of the City Environment Division of the City of Helsinki, which also acts as the contracting authority in accordance with YSE 98.
