TENDER DESCRIPTION
The sub-entity includes maintenance repairs and small basic improvements to buildings of the Kuopio Evangelical Lutheran Parish Federation (contracting authority). The sub-entity is divided into the following sites: - Juankoski - Kaavi - Karttula - Kuopio - Maaninka - Muuruvesi - Nilsiä - Riistavesi - Rytky holiday centre - Tuusniemi The tenderer may submit a tender concerning only one site or all sites. For each site, three (3) tenderers that are overall the most economically advantageous and meet the minimum requirements are selected. The duration of the framework agreement is 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2029. The procurement includes one year of an option period from 1.1.2030 - 31.12.2030.
