TENDER DESCRIPTION

As a result of this public procurement procedure, the winning Bidder’s task is, through individual orders issued under a framework agreement, to supply, replace and commission the VJRT signboards operated by the Contracting Authority, up to the framework amount. Planned quantities: Variable message sign (VJRT) designed for motorway traffic – replace and commission 4 VJRT signs (manufacture and install a new intermediate supporting structure on the existing gantry or bracket) – 4 tasks; Variable message sign (VJRT) designed for main road traffic – replace and commission 6 VJRT signs (manufacture and erect a new side post supporting structure) – 6 tasks. Framework amount: net HUF 148,819,334. The Contracting Authority undertakes to place call-off orders up to 70% of the framework amount. The framework agreement is concluded until the framework amount is exhausted, but for a maximum duration of 12 months. During this period, the Contracting Authority shall be entitled to order the products and services up to the amount of the framework amount specified in the framework agreement.
