TENDER DESCRIPTION

The daycare center is constructed as a two-storey wooden structure with a flat roof on a concrete slab. The floor plan dimensions are approximately 20x35 m. Above the concrete slab stands the wooden supporting structure, partially on reinforced concrete bases. The drywall works are carried out floor by floor in coordination with the window installation works and simultaneously with HVAC, electrical, painting, and plastering works. A coordinated construction process with all subsequent trades must be ensured. All constructions must be executed in accordance with the requirements for fire protection, sound insulation, thermal insulation, and moisture protection as well as the applicable approvals and manufacturer's specifications. Prefabricated walls and facing shells: - Attachment to concrete, CLT ceilings or screed according to sound insulation requirements. - One wall side remains open until release for the building services installation. - Wet room walls must be executed according to requirements. - Movable connections must absorb structural movements without damage. - Sound insulation must be ensured through professional cable routing, mineral wool insulation, avoidance of…
