TENDER DESCRIPTION

The daycare center is constructed as a two-story wooden structure with a flat roof on a concrete slab. The floor plan dimensions are approximately 20x35 m. Above the concrete slab stands the wooden supporting structure, partially on reinforced concrete footings. The drywall works are carried out floor by floor in coordination with the window installation works as well as in parallel with HVAC, electrical, painting, and plastering works. A coordinated construction process with all subsequent trades must be ensured. All constructions must be executed according to the requirements for fire protection, sound insulation, thermal and moisture protection, as well as the applicable approvals and manufacturer specifications. Mounting walls and facing shells: - Attachment to concrete, cross-laminated timber ceilings, or screed according to sound insulation requirements. - One wall side remains open until release for the HVAC installation. - Wet room walls are to be constructed in accordance with the requirements. - Movable connections must safely absorb component movements. - Sound insulation must be ensured through proper cable routing, mineral wool insulation, avoidance of opposing…
