TENDER DESCRIPTION

Elbkinder Vereinigung Hamburger Kitas gGmbH is a privately organized and charitable company of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, which, as the city’s largest provider of day-care centers (Kitas), ensures early childhood education for 32,000 children through 177 Kitas and approximately 7,300 employees. With this invitation to tender, Elbkinder Vereinigung Hamburger Kitas gGmbH is procuring object planner services for performance phases 1 to 9 in accordance with the current HOAI for the property Spitzbergenweg 40, 22145 Hamburg. The Kita Spitzbergenweg is a single- and/or two-storey building/mass masonry construction that is fully basemented (full and crawl space basements) and has a GFA of approximately 2,006 m². The building (construction year 1969/70) was expanded with a parent-child center, which will not be part of the refurbishment and has been partially refurbished. Now the Kita is to be refurbished comprehensively, in particular with regard to energy efficiency and fire protection.
